Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert, personalized styling consultations to individual clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Curate and recommend appropriate clothing, accessories, and home items from M&S collections, ensuring a tailored approach.
- Stay meticulously updated on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and new season arrivals across all relevant departments.
- Assist customers with fittings, offering insightful styling advice and ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships, encouraging repeat business through exceptional service.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets consistently, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Manage appointments efficiently and maintain a tidy, organized personal shopping area that reflects the M&S brand standards.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times, resolving queries and ensuring a positive shopping journey.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, fashion styling, or a dedicated personal shopping role.
- Excellent knowledge of current fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction, and styling techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
- A truly customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding and memorable service.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and appointment scheduling tools.
