Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team in Munich. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and testing of complex mechanical systems and components for our next-generation industrial and infrastructure solutions. You will work on projects from conception through to production, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, software developers, and product managers. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components using CAD/CAE software.
  • Conduct detailed engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and vibration analysis.
  • Create technical specifications, documentation, and reports for mechanical designs.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for production and assembly.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during development and testing phases.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
  • Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, NX).
  • Experience with FEA/CAE tools for simulation and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
  • Knowledge of German (verbal and written).
  • Experience in the industrial automation, energy, or transportation sectors.
  • Familiarity with rapid prototyping techniques.
