Job Description
Join the dynamic events team at Eko Hotels & Suites as a Local Event Staff member. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to support the successful execution of various events within the Ogudu area. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing to memorable guest experiences. You will play a crucial role in event setup, guest assistance, and breakdown, ensuring every event runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to event attendees, answering questions and directing them.
- Support catering and service teams during events, including serving food and beverages as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events.
- Work collaboratively with the event management team to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Handle basic technical equipment setup or troubleshooting under supervision.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards.
