Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our committed team. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with district and state standards.
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess student progress regularly using various methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development, challenges, and successes.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and administrators to enhance the educational program.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral observations.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline according to school policies.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate with an Early Childhood Endorsement.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education.
- Experience teaching in diverse student populations.
