Job Description
Join Jumia, Africa’s leading e-commerce platform, as an English Speaking Warehouse Worker in our Ikoyi distribution center. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to contribute to a dynamic team, ensuring the smooth flow of products to our customers across Nigeria. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an essential part of our logistics operation, responsible for various tasks that keep our inventory organized and shipments moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely after proper training.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in English to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
