We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join thriving agricultural operations across Germany for the 2025 harvest season. As a General Farm Worker, you will be the backbone of the farm, playing a crucial role in the cultivation and harvesting of high-quality fruits and vegetables destined for markets across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops as directed.
- Harvesting fruits and vegetables (such as asparagus, strawberries, grapes, and apples) by hand with care to ensure quality.
- Sorting, grading, and packing produce for shipment.
- Performing general farm maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and clearing fields.
- Operating basic farm tools and, for skilled candidates, potentially light machinery after training.
- Adhering to strict health and safety standards at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- No formal education or prior farming experience is required. This is an opportunity for both unskilled and skilled individuals.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual labour for extended periods, including bending, lifting, and standing.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends, depending on weather and harvest schedules.
- Basic English or German language skills are advantageous but not always mandatory.
