Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in various departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, or recreation as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in all guest areas
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless resort operations and guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
