Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, and decor.
- Transport food, beverages, and equipment to event locations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests during events, ensuring professional and courteous service.
- Replenish buffet items and maintain cleanliness of food service areas.
- Assist chefs and culinary staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with catering staff, kitchen staff, and guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally.
